Diplomatic, service or courtesy visa applicants need to complete the online visa application form on the website of the Chinese Visa Application Service Center (Click here to be redirected to it), print out the confirmation page and the whole application form, and then submit the application form, the relevant diplomatic note or other documents required to the Consulate directly, without the need for prior appointment.
